Tickets to our tasting and virtual distillery tour give the recipient the chance to sample the three whiskies that we are likely to use for the next Athrú trilogy. Plus, hear from Head Distiller Ollie Alcorn and Athrú Founder Dave Raethorne on the rationale behind our trilogy releases, the source of the stories we use, and how these link into the whiskey' choices.
At this tasting, you will also hear how we use wood management at Athrú to finish our whiskies in rare and exquisite casks. While others focus on just the whiskey ingredients, we pride ourselves on using wood-finishing to add additional levels of depth and flavour to our whiskey.
